從去年剛開業就有去試吃,酸辣粉還不錯,麻辣燙還算可以,價格偏高一些,如果品質不錯也可以接受;前天推薦給同事們吃,結果大失所望,牛肉酸辣粉,牛肉嚼不動,麻辣燙裡面的配料被同事吐槽,是賣不出去的料統統加裡面,湯頭一層油油的,我覺得品質有減,我應該不會再光顧了,如果喜歡四川口味的小吃,可以試吃大業路一段的麻辣空間,我也建議老闆娘去試吃看看,同樣都是四川口味和價格差在哪裡?

111.06.04(六) 這期間又嗑了[大鬧龍宮一鍋端]、[怪味雞汁麵]等。前者是牛豬雞蝦蛤全下,等於是之前牛滿堂、梅花豬、肥腸、雞雜、海鮮等鍋一次綜合,所以價位最高,好處是一口氣全部都能嚐到。 後者的基底不大一樣,沒有了洋芋片、黃瓜片、胡蘿蔔片那些配料,走的是[雜醬麵]路子,把豬絞肉換成雞肉碎。 111.5.8(日)【水煮牛】:副配料和雞雜麵一樣(詳述於下),主菜牛肉是火鍋肉片,再加一片牛百葉,但價錢遠高於前者。同樣美味,那麼以後我會選雞雜麵。 111.4.28(四)【火鍋雞雜麵】:停課第二天,幫家人煮牛肉麵,自己去夠麻吉兌一碗,那份量好多呀!雞胗、鵝腸、黃瓜片、土豆片、花生米、blabla。後悔呀~ 沒有分成兩份,第二天再吃另一半,今天就嗑完全部,讓原本68多的體重一下又飆上來,罪惡感深重不說,還喪失吃消夜的安適感。 111.1.24補記前幾次消費的體驗:1)不建議現場吃,一來場地太小 ,逼仄不舒暢;二來它的醬汁香辣夠勁份量又多,首次吃完麵後湯汁還會剩,留著隔天再煮一碗白麵條來配它,再享受一次,爽! 2)雜醬麵很不賴,醬料看似不多,實則夠吃兩頓(理由如上)。而且香辣夠勁,道地重慶味,一般台灣店家是做不出來的。(老闆娘是重慶人) 3)兒子承受不了這樣的辣度,因此後來我都只買自己那碗,無法一次買四碗不同口味品嚐個夠,小可惜。 4)老闆夫婦都很親切和善,用餐體驗很好。看著老闆娘在那小半碗雜醬麵的醬汁中加入一大堆佐料,有點傻眼,看似簡單一份醬汁,其實大不簡單~
