要等幾號、大概要等多久也不先說。 等了45分鐘後才實在太久過去問才說我是幾號....... 先說要等多久我可以先去辦其他事,被卡到一半搞到進退兩難 根本大家浪費時間....... 下次大家去不管櫃檯臉多臭,請直接問櫃檯是幾號、要等多久才不會坐著乾等 後來醫生請我去X光室照X光,我在X光室前面乾站五分鐘完全沒人理.......我去問櫃檯才跟我說要叫名字 是把人當傻瓜嗎 後來去復健時櫃檯還忘記給我單據,讓我從二樓跑上下兩趟拿,連聲不好意思都沒說 櫃檯水準真的要在加強 不過醫師看診非常用心,所以我還是給四顆星

來此復健已有數月,櫃臺人員說復健21:00前需報到,我8:25已到二樓復健室,復健師說原本的熱敷15分鐘要改成10分鐘,我當下疑惑問他為什麼,他說我的療程需要一個小時,會來不及下班,(我內心OS復健卡上明明寫50分鐘),好,就算一個小時,也不會超過他們的9:30下班,復健師說他們卡上寫是九點,九點明明是他們最後報到的時間, 2樓的男性復健師硬要說那是他們下班時間,因為他們還要做打烊的工作,我當下懶得跟他爭,因為脖子疼痛已經不已想說話,整個療程做完,21:15分,我之前來這裡曾經電療到21:30,時間一到他們就來把我的電療關掉,我並沒看到他們在做打烊的動作,只有療程中,聊天非常的誇張大聲,而今天時間還沒有到,他們就自動縮減病人的療程時間,ㄧ點同理心都沒有,領這樣的錢卻每天偷時數,你們心安理得嗎? 請你們回答最後報到時間,是以復健師說了為主,還是樓下掛號的說了算?還是診所公告時間?

仗著自己是這麼大一間診所,病患看診遺失健保卡都不用幫忙尋找的嗎? 家人為了得到比較專業的醫療選擇你們這樣有規模的診所看診,結果晚些去其他診所治療時發現沒有歸還健保卡無法看診,致電卻只收到“我們做事有SOP,不可能會遺失在我們診所”、“你該問是不是你家人拿走的”等答覆而且還秒回,但我們出診間時明明就沒有看到有人從診間內取出健保卡,櫃檯就要我們去領單子、約時間了,或許我們忘了索取跟再次確認有錯,但也不需要秒回吧?好歹說會幫忙留意一下! 整個這麼多專業人士診所也沒人管病人是否行動不便,診所櫃檯真忙碌!沒幾件事情需要4個護理師一起窩在櫃檯處理...下次不會再帶家人來看診了
