從1/13號包裹顯示已經集貨中,一直到今天1/19號仍然沒有收到包裹、也沒有收到通知, 所以打03-2220176這支電話詢問, 接起來的小姐用一副好像是他家電話的態度:喂?等一下!(中間有30秒她在忙她的事不講話) 我現在是打去她家電話了嗎? 30秒後小姐回魂了! 詢問後客服小姐跟我說:貨物遺失了。 (隨後一片寂靜,她不講話我不講話,我心想然後呢!???????) 於是我主動問:那這樣怎麼辦? 她用一副不在乎的態度說:我們會跟廠商說叫他寄一份給你 整個過程中沒有人主動通知我包裹寄丟了! 是我主動詢問!客服也沒有道歉! 請問客服小姐是貴公司千金?怎麼好像在家一樣的自在? 還有是不是寄丟太多包裹,所以客服小姐習以為常,沒有一聲道歉? 第一次遇到這麼爛的客服、物流服務!
