第一次陌生客到訪，奉為上賓(好印象)
第二次到訪，詢問一些其它細節，銷售人員中途有其它新客到即把我們晾在一旁，請其它小弟說明(莫名其妙)
第三次到訪，此次計畫認真與銷售人員討論議價斡旋下訂，銷售人員表現出高姿態看人不起，第三次出價抬高高，可能鎖定我們可能購買，所以稱過兩週漲了10%(開價已達接近小檜溪區最高，接近國xxx 東xxx)，一副高高在上，要買不買隨便，沒得討論的姿態，且自來到接待所討論到再看樣品屋後坐下會談，到離開前連杯水都沒有
總結：看人大小眼，服務態度差，姿態甚高，與國X並列兩大姿態高看人不起類型
當日下午我及家人就下訂其它小檜溪區建案，福鄉心匯byebye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不推薦這個建設公司，買不到一年房子就開始漏水，多數戶數還挖開重建，少數戶數還不公平的只能一直打發泡劑補漏水，跟建商溝通，建商還表示只能這樣處理，非常不負責任！目前還一直蓋新的，令人不值得推薦這態度
