炸的酥脆，有別於一般鹹酥雞，冷掉風味亦不大變。
雖沒甩油機器，但不算油膩。
推薦順序：鹹酥雞＞雞皮＞豆干＝米血糕＝糯米腸＞雞排＝甜不辣（其實我也只吃這幾款）
