★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天跟家人去看屋，接待我們的是一位黃小姐，專業親切的服務，為這個建案加分不少，很喜歡這邊的交通，生活機能，每間房屋都很明亮，施工的品質，建商的用心，感覺的出來(雖然我們不是很內行），回家跟家人討論之後決定了A6-11F,A1-11F,讚喔?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銷售中心裡面的銷售黃小姐專業又親切，問任何問題都很有耐心的回答你，房子看一看其實還不錯，雖然價格有點高，附近繞了一下這個位置也蠻方便有三大百貨公司，附近的小吃商店也多，對面就是桃園火車站隔了一條路就是公車總站，車站現在也開始動工捷運線雖然不知道什麼時候可以完成其實大眾運輸交通蠻方便，就見仁見智囉！畢竟每個人的需求都不一樣可以來看看。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 為了孩子特地來看此建案，因為離火車站只有一分鐘孩子去台北上班也很方便，房型採光佳、設備也用的不錯，最吸引我的是防疫設備&上配明管，未來若有維修也不用在拜託樓上住戶開門，位於市中心害怕吵的孩子不能睡，不過看過房子後發現他們用的是氣密窗，隔音效果很好！
