客製化要各別做成素食的潤餅也可以。
唯一有一點高麗菜現燙還有水分，所以潤餅偏濕潤。

This is one of famous places for "run bing" in Taoyuan. And it's consider as a afternoon snack for local people. The roll skin is pleasantly chewy, with a layer of sweet peanut powder, then it's full of soft juicy vegetables. Simple lovely snack and it's healthy as well.
Don't wait when you get your run bing from the shop, must eat fast to get both soft juicy, and chewy skin in one bite. $40 per roll. What a lovely price!
