麵體都Q彈有麵香
牛肉滷得十分入味 入口即化
湯頭清甜 也吃到幾塊大塊番茄
酸菜（榨菜）感覺是自己炒的
沒有一般酸菜的怪味
水餃煮得恰到好處
薄款水餃皮最怕煮得太爛
內餡清爽不膩 豬肉沒有腥味
好吃到買了50顆回家
值得推薦 絕對再訪

Thin dumpling skin is most afraid of overcooking
The filling is refreshing and not greasy, the pork has no fishy smell
Delicious enough to buy 50 to take home
Worth recommending definitely revisit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵湯頭很清爽不油膩，麵的份量很夠，而且刀削麵切的厚實，肉還蠻嫩的，但可惜口味屬於一般傳統口味、比較沒有獨特風格；反而很推薦水餃，應該是當天現包的（是不是都是當天包的不知道），所以皮和餡吃起來都特別有鮮味，但一顆要$7且有點小顆。
The beef noodle soup is very refreshing and not greasy, the amount of noodles is sufficient, and the knife-cut noodles are thick and the meat is quite tender, but unfortunately the taste belongs to the general traditional taste, and there is no unique style; instead, I highly recommend dumplings, which should be made on the same day. (I don’t know if they were all made on the same day), so the skin and filling tasted particularly umami, but one piece costs $7 and is a bit small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自從疫情開始都一直不能到餐廳內用，降二級後，看到Google有這一家評論還蠻好的番茄刀削牛肉麵，就殺來吃了。一進到餐廳發現餐廳防疫隔板做得很乾淨，餐桌間距又很標準，空間又大。湯頭還有麵條真的很好吃！一碗番茄刀削牛肉麵可以看到不少的牛肉還有三大塊番茄躺在裡面。推薦喔

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我從來不吃高麗菜水餃但是這一家的酸辣湯餃大推推，料多，水餃超好吃，連續吃兩天，我覺得我好像可以吃一個月，酸度也夠有些酸辣湯餃沒味道不然就化學酸，這一家不會非常好吃，身為台北來的人覺得有點貴貴不過好吃很值得?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來這家店是因為朋友介紹，特色是刀削麵以及香嫩滑口的牛肉。由於個人喜歡細的麵，今日點牛肉拉麵，好吃哦！小菜豆乾絲、皮蛋豆腐也很好吃?！
