起初想轉換跑道,但想要求職到好的一份工作,都需要英文語言的能力,找了許多學習的管道。 來聯成外語前英文多益大約400分左右的程度,經過了幾個月的時間訓練下來,突破自己的歷史新分數,考到768分!讓我求職到了一份理想的工作。 在此我特別想感謝聯成的老師和顧問,給了我一個良好的學習環境,老師傳授教導了我很多考試解題的技巧以及實際的運用,並且是由淺入深融會貫通的學習方式,還有顧問群的適時關心和鼓勵,都是支撐我持續學習的動力,謝謝聯成的大家。

原要請顧問調整課程時段,結果顧問二天沒回覆 我就直接打給中心,原本想直接退費,後來才知道顧問因為家裡有人確診被居隔了,當天客服就直接服務處理,也將課程安排好,顧問今天也致電抱歉,還好聯成還有客服的賴,能即時服務不然會覺得課程中斷了!

PLS THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING WITH THEM!!!!! I was extremely excited to join their company as their English teacher at first, I bought a new laptop and upgraded my internet speed to meet all their hardware/software requirements. However, I have not been assigned to any classes since May. I tried to contact them about it, but all I got was they are still trying to match me with the students. ( I really doubt that it seems like they may not have many students..) I decided to end my contract with them after almost 6 months, I called and got ignored once again..... I tried calling their customer service the next day and demanded to speak to their manager (James). I told him I wanted to end my contract with them, and I asked for the destruction of my personal information. He sounded careless about it and said if I do not have any classes with them, then I do not need to end the contract (do they even understand the meaning of signing a contract?? which made me also wonder do they even care about their teachers..... ). This company is by far the worst I have experienced with!!!!
