★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區洪姓總幹事超級不友善，詢問事情愛理不理，姿態很高，自己對於管委會漏洞百出自相矛盾的規定解釋不合理還對住戶沒耐心，又沒少繳管理費，不懂為何需要忍受這種不友善的對待，素質真是低落。
