★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵條口感Q非一般外面常見的陽春白麵或油麵，乾麵跟滷肉飯淋的是肉燥（非滷肥肉），最愛的搭配是乾麵（加上店家不太辣但好吃的辣椒）+貢丸or蛋花湯+燙青菜+滷豆包/豆腐/海帶，現在外面已經很難找到如此不油膩調味無負擔的小吃。很符合個人喜好，每週都會去外帶好幾次~
The taste of the noodles is different from the common Yangchun white noodles or oil noodles. The dry noodles and braised pork rice are drizzled with dried meat (non-braised fatty meat), and the favorite pairing is dry noodles (plus the store's not too spicy but delicious chili) ) + tribute balls or egg drop soup + blanched vegetables + braised bean bag / tofu / kelp, it is hard to find such non-greasy, seasoned and burden-free snacks outside. It's very personal, I take it out several times a week~
