因收到國際詐騙包裹(本人無購買事實,但已付款取完貨),物流公司係由達裕國際通運股份有限公司處理,但因本人從未訂購該商品無從得知賣家為何,故向物流公司(達裕國際通運股份有限公司)提出網路申訴,雖然客訴電話一整個星期一直都在佔線中,所幸透過物流公司的官網申報,一、兩個星期內已協助本人將已付款項成功退款給我,感謝!

網路購物寄來的商品與照片不符,才知道被詐騙,雖然打貴公司客服一直忙線中,但申請貨件申訴後又私訊,小編馬上優先回覆處理方式,當天4/12寄回包裹,4/15就收到退款,雖然配合的賣家不ok,但至少達裕處理迅速。

在才FB上買到商品與我當時所要購買的商品完全圖文不符.而非今日收到拆封商品後.才發現到商品與當初購訂的完全不同.感到應該是遇到詐騙集團。包裹上只有運送商品貴公司的聯絡方式.而無賣家資訊.立馬打電詢貴公司客服專線.但一直電詢.而無接通服務的.我才改方式先用信箱方式填寫申訴退貨及退錢處理但也是一直聯絡不上的.只能用評論方式做為申訴懇請貴公司能幫幫忙處理我的退貨申訴案件好嗎?我的申訴配送編號為86107474630 還有另一申訴 配送編號07474630 門市 910770 廠商編號 861一302

網路購物寄來的商品與照片不符,才知道被詐騙,雖然打貴公司客服一直忙線中,但申請貨件申訴後,達裕公司有心要協助處理退款,後來客服便回訊息了,後續如完成退款,會再上來與大家分享。 於3.16收到退款,達裕說明如果賣家端沒有在15天內回覆送回貨件,我們拿到與實體不符的雨衣可以自行處理掉。 如果各位夥伴們有退款需求,達裕國際是會處理的,至於為什麼不和賣家端解約這個是我滿疑惑的部分(如果這個部分達裕國際有出來解釋我會把星星調回5顆)。 總得來說,這次經驗學到不要在FB公告的販賣平台購買東西,如果有看到廣告,可重新到google搜尋後,到正體平台購買才是正確,以及,如果物品差價差異過大,也要懷疑是否有詐,畢竟想買到便宜的商品是人性。 以上分享!希望大家不要再受騙了,也謝謝達裕國際後來的處理,消保會那裏如後續來訊,我會解釋清楚。
