★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個社區被這個管理公司搞得很糟糕，大門要KEY買不到，早班管理員天天吃檳榔，收個信錢都會給錯還是自己賠錢，社區的帳說真的不看還好一看暈倒，不該花的錢拼命花，鄰居素質頗高的，買這邊住這邊保證後悔，一點都不便利，這就是社區被物業綁架的概念，台北太多這種事情看多了，注意喔管理員還有前科ㄟ嚇屬我了還好要搬家了！
