點了一碗肝連豬腸冬粉,豬腸給得很多 冬粉快吃完了,豬腸還有 喜歡吃豬腸的人不能錯過 店內還有薑絲可以搭配豬腸一起吃 還有醃泡菜(店內有標註又鹹又辣),所以只加一點點到湯裡,增添風味 湯頭好喝,讓人一口接一口 怕鹹的人不要吃到湯裡面的榨菜 店內環境算乾淨 值得推薦的一家店

已經(很久很久)沒有吃到讓我稱讚的豬腸冬粉店家了! 記得小時候住台北中山區。在長安國小旁邊巷弄內。有一家(乾麵+3樣湯)與一攤(豬腸冬粉+肉包)…… 那美味都在無第二代願意接手情況下消失無蹤。謂之可惜……??? 反觀很多老店,二代接手後只為了生意,搞行銷與網路引外國遊客,但是卻把味道變了……這樣子(更可惜……) ???????????????? 所以這家在建國路旁,如果不仔細一看就錯過的店家值得一嚐。 首先喝了湯頭,夠味。(醃高麗菜乾太鹹。) 湯淡味些+醃菜就好吃…… 眾合70/碗。料的份量十足。第一次吃到+福州丸子的。如果店家願意再加賣(魯肉飯與肉包)我相信一定也受歡迎。 店內的環境乾淨程度非常好。???

老闆很謹慎防疫,若需內用一定要量過體溫及實名制,店內桌距也都很遠,食物還是如以往的好吃,只是物價上漲,一路從六十吃到現在八十一碗了,營業時間也只有早上到中午而已。

這家位於桃園市建國路的豬腸冬粉很有特色,雖然只是一碗簡單的冬粉,但是要做到好吃也不是件容易的事。內用環境整齊乾淨,老闆娘會親自幫客人量體溫再行用餐,一般客人大多是點綜合口味(豬腸+肝連+1顆魚丸),蠻大的一碗,主食再配上冬粉,份量很足,絕對有飽足感。疫情期間店家小地方做的很好,會另外給客人高麗菜乾(微辣)跟沾醬油膏,都是小包裝,衛生方面很週到。我建議端來時先喝口湯吃口冬粉,試試原味後再將高麗菜乾倒入碗中,會發現其中變化,層次口感有所不同。喜歡吃辣的朋友更應該加,豬腸的量給的很多,看的出來都處理的很乾淨。豬腸與肝連建議沾上醬會更好吃!油膏鹹度適中,冬粉湯屬於清淡口味,把肉類沾醬吃,互相搭配,嘴裡美味無法形容,高麗菜跟薑絲夾雜一起吃會解膩,只能說這家豬腸冬粉做的很專業。營業時間只從早上賣到下午,想嚐鮮的朋友別錯過這家哦,週圍好停車,停車格蠻多的,發覺建國路蠻多有特色的小吃,不妨常來試試看吧~????⭐⭐⭐⭐????
