點了五六道菜每一道都非常好吃,用料實在的平價好店。
大推香煎嫩肝,豬肝很嫩且沒有腥味,份量很多。
水煮魚也是另一道直得一嚐的下飯菜色。
XO什錦炒麵料多味美非常超值。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住家附近的店家,第一次點叻沙什錦湯麵,湯頭喝起來有淡淡的咖哩香少了椰奶的濃郁味但難能可貴有鑊氣,所以第二次再訪點了原味什錦湯麵果然是小時候記憶中有用鍋爆炒出鍋氣的什錦湯麵,實在難能可貴啊!第三次外帶點XO什錦炒麵也是好吃。
所以與同事約來中午用餐點菜,果然道道精彩,百菜百味,雖然辣度有調整成比較適合台人的口味。
第一道金沙軟絲上桌時發現與一般的做法不同裹了薄漿炸得酥脆,金沙味較淡,鋪底的炸芋頭絲跟炸蔥花鹹香酥。
第二道水煮魚麻辣鹹香,魚片嫩豆芽鋪底吸滿醬汁,友人吃不了辣,辣得唉唉叫!此菜單價低才160元所以魚片不多合情合理,適合3~4人用餐的份量。如果要吃到爽整盆的水煮魚通常700元起跳。
第三道乾鍋燒雞鹹甘香微辣,雞肉嫩、杏鮑菇脆、青椒甜椒鮮甜,友人讚不絕口直說好下飯。
第四道藤椒催淚蛋吃來甘甜鹹鹹香有藤椒新鮮香氣倒是不會催淚啦!友人皆疑惑怎麼荷包蛋的蛋黃可以煎的這麼厚,我猜是鴨蛋煎的。
第五道香煎嫩肝,豬肝怎麼可以這麼厚還煎的這麼嫩呢?吃起來甜鹹甜鹹又嫩又脆,再去添一口飯了!
第六道醬燒獅子頭,一鍋裡有5顆,獅子頭裡加了荸薺吃起來軟嫩脆甜,與山東白菜同燒真是好滋味,友人紛紛表示以後要買回家加菜。
整體而言是間平價又美味的餐館,位子雖少但是廚師炒功了得!可惜餐館沒有附開水,但有飲料可以加點。

The fourth vine pepper tear-making egg tastes sweet, salty and salty. The fresh scent of vine pepper will not cause tears! My friends are all wondering how the yolk of the poached egg can be fried so thick, I guess it was fried with duck eggs.
