★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電梯有定期做維護保養，但有問題電梯突然坐一坐卡一半，保養人員要更換零件，約定好時間，零件沒到也不主動通知客戶，過一兩個禮拜要客戶主動聯繫，業務人員確認也不清楚說已經維修好了。
The elevator has regular maintenance, but there is a problem. The elevator suddenly sits halfway, and the maintenance staff has to replace the parts. They have agreed on the time, and they do not actively notify the customer when the parts are not there. It's not clear that it has been repaired.
