原本想說這也就算了,可能只是這張膜的問題吧,所以到MOMO申請一模一樣的換貨。
但一申請換貨後麻煩事就來了。
MOMO給我的答覆是貴公司不受理退貨,理由是膜已拆封並已使用。而且一來一往已經持續了快一個月。
問題是這1mm~2mm左右的在貼上去之前是要怎麼發現啊?
貴公司的品管出了問題,處理方式居然是不給予購買者應有的權利——退換貨?
說真的,一張膜才900多也只是小錢;況且我是要求更換成品質沒問題、可以正常使用的商品,並不是要求退貨。這就好比你買到了一顆漂亮的蘋果,咬下去才發現裡面長蟲,請問你會不會要求店家退換貨呢?這就是同樣的道理啊。
再次強調,我在貼膜前有確認過是否正確,照著教學影片使用貼膜神器上膜後才發現有版型有誤差,並要求換貨,但該公司的理由是「膜已拆封並已使用」。
怕踩到雷的朋友們還是別選這家了,售後服務真的有夠爛。

Once again, I checked whether the film was correct before applying the film. After using the film artifact according to the instructional film, I found that there were errors in the version and requested replacement. However, the company ’s reason was that “the film has been unpacked and used. ".
Friends who are afraid of stepping on Thunder still don't choose this one, after-sales service is really bad.
