這裡的牛肉非常新鮮，涮起來香甜可口，老闆說所有的牛肉都是當天溫體從南部送上來的， 新鮮就如同在台南吃到的現宰牛肉一樣。
新鮮的牛肉在鮮熬的鍋底涮十秒上下就可吃，涮完牛肉的湯喝來鮮甜，喝不完常會帶回家煮麵，用來煮燕麥麵尤其好吃。
而且除了刷牛肉之外，各種炒牛肉也都不錯，我們常點酸菜炒牛肉跟蔥爆牛肉，都不錯吃。而且店裡的白飯也不錯，配炒牛肉給他一個讚。
店旁備有停車場，位置不少，不過天冷時的用餐時間有時客人多會停滿。
