4/10因父母生日前來用餐,需要事先訂位並付款,用餐前主廚非常親切的說明今日的餐點主題,並送上小點,由於家庭成員小孩與大人幾乎一樣多,主廚也非常貼心的先搞定小孩的胃,準備了麵包、湯品和義大利麵,中間稍微穿插大人的沙拉和湯品,等小孩吃飽安分後,再上大人的主餐,這樣大人還可以保持些微優雅的用餐感受。 在每到餐點上桌後,主廚會概述食材的來歷和烹調的手法,每道菜雖然不是傳統上的高檔食材,但絕對都是新鮮、有機,加上經驗豐富的烹調,吃起來非常驚豔,過程中有打翻水和打破甜點的情況,主廚也都非常nice的處理,沒有一點不悅的態度,連兒子想吃上廁所時不經意看到正在備料的起司都毫不猶豫地大把抓給兒子吃,難怪自己歪嘴的兒子都強調要來吃100次。 用餐完畢後與主廚聊天,得知他過往都在大陸米其林餐廳工作,也曾擔任台灣五星級飯店的行政主廚,因個人因素才沒有繼續工作,但仍保留喜歡做菜的熱誠,因此開了這間私廚,強調食材新鮮、價格合理和高度親子友善,非常推薦想品嘗米其林私廚的人前去用餐。
