★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住戶好相處，社區事務管理相當優，而今年新委任的保全公司也比原本那間舊的好很多（去年也就是上一間保全公司，盡是派六七十歲的老爺爺來我們社區當管理員--只會在管理室裡閒坐養老，聽說還曾使喚我們住戶幫他做事）
p.s.接下來明年保全公司的委任，如果那間舊的想回鍋，我們這棟樓的多數住戶也講好了會一起抵制舊保全公司，畢竟大家每月付的管理費也是辛苦上班才賺得，拒絕付薪水給那種不做事坐等退休養老的管理員！
