Mazu is very effective. The temple is not big but very good. I have a friend who was inspired by Mazu to smoke, drink, and gamble, but one day he told me that Mazu told her not to do this, and then he quit, and he didn’t. If I want to smoke again, I will be inspired to go to worship often.
