首先要跟他們合作我是沒什意見。
但如果要去那邊上班我非常不建議，公司制度超爛，為什麼呢？
原因如下(大夜班非我做，是身邊的人)：
1.沒特休
2.大夜班薪水超少(做五年，薪水還是『3萬多/月』，根本不是上面寫的薪資)
3.休假也只有四天
4.明明做對還被唸
5.婚假勞基法規定8天，他們自己訂5天，扯
6.亂扣假(上班忘記打卡，還算在婚嫁，超扯)
7.老闆和老闆娘很愛扯員工家裡人的事
8.他們覺得工作重要，家人沒那麼重要

I have no problem with working with them first.
But if I want to go to work there, I do n’t recommend it very much. The company system is so bad. Why?
The reasons are as follows (the night shift is not my job, it is the people around me):
No special holiday
2. The salary of the night shift is extremely small (for five years, the salary is still "more than 30,000 / month", not the salary written above)
3. Only four days off
4. Doing it right is still being read
5. The marriage leave law stipulates 8 days, and they book 5 days by themselves.
6. Random deduction (forgot to check in at work, but still in marriage, super tear)
7. The boss and the boss wife love to talk about the employees' family
8. They feel that work is important, family is not so important
