態度差反應慢,愛理不理,養一堆等退休的,沒有同理心,頭腦也不會轉,即使租屋補貼有通過,說好租屋補助是月底還是每月那一天,就應該是那一天,要提前很難延後比較容易,匯款日說改就改,也不會通知公告,等人打電話去訊問再瞎掰推責,從不知就算幾千塊,對很多人來說多麼重要,無法準時匯款。。也不會感到愧疚!

之前不管是去現場還是打過去接聽的小姐都很有耐心回答問題 這次是一位葉先生 回答問題的口氣跟回覆都讓人覺得不是很舒服 不知道是在酸幾點的 一直問我「你是不是太有效率了啊」 那怎麼不說你們的效率太差⋯⋯
