★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岳父送過去好好一個人都快變憂鬱了，新手機沒鎖給岳父用到後面變成有密碼了，不知道到底是怎樣？鎖密碼到後面也不解開，怪我岳父打110.119那為啥要把手機上鎖不懂？到了今天要辦離開手續，岳父推著輪椅來說他腳很痛，問他為什麼岳父說早上跌倒..為什麼沒通知？為什麼沒送醫院檢查？難道就是要接回家了然後不通知？前一天打電話來叫我們趕快帶走？說造成他們困擾..難道是這樣做的嗎？感覺就是要接回家了就亂照顧嗎？今天早上也打來問說什麼時候過去接家屬..有這麼急的趕人嗎？從頭到尾不知道該說什麼欸 唉

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不推⋯都是外籍移工顧 一個就顧10幾個住民，按呼叫鈴三十分鐘後才來 都不知道發生什麼事 還問要不要送急診 有傻眼到⋯氣切管還不是被急診換掉 疑似被這裡換掉⋯慎選！一個月還要不少錢( ･᷄ὢ･᷅ )雖然服務親切但不夠細心。才住沒多久 家屬每天都有來 沒想到晚了一點來就送急診⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一個外籍移工要照顧洗澡弄飯約20個老人，我阿嬤覺得他們太辛苦，不知道這樣的照顧人員比例是不是合理的？然後護理師們都好像沒事...？另外老人們的衣服們包括沾到排泄物的全部包在一起送去外面洗......總之費用也不算太便宜，我阿嬤自己提出說要換家。
