住戶要把餐點放門口，管理員只說放門裏面的桌子上但卻不幫外送員開門（我自己已經遇過2-3次了），是要多刁難外送員?還是要出門的住戶幫我開的，然後還叫外送員聯絡客人客人接到電話還一副很莫名其妙的，住這邊的住戶卻不知道自家管理員態度特別差也蠻厲害的，以後拒絕在送這棟!
