★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住在附近，建商不顧正常施工時間，一直一直都很吵很擾人，尤其這一年來更加誇張，不僅假日或是早上八點前開工是常態，有時甚至半夜都有施工聲音，不顧附近居民就算了，如此長的工時也會讓人懷疑施工品質
現在這個時間又被吵真的很憤怒

還時常有車輛開到社區中庭附近的人行道上，影響車輛進出，甚至無視走路的行人，橫衝直撞過來，在人行道上的行人還要禮讓它，部份住戶或住戶訪客的行為讓人很困擾！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就是看中這裡，走路10分到火車站，目前在等永和市場改建的捷運站，等蓋好了，通過桃源街5分鐘就會到捷運，已經在動工了，這裡走的到威秀影城，3間百貨公司，如果要找傳統小吃，幾乎都在大廟周邊，文化與便利性都能同時擁有。社區在公園邊空氣與人文很桃園~~真的很滿意~吉市是很棒的社區~
I just fancy here, walk 10 minutes to the train station, currently waiting for the MRT station reconstructed by Yonghe Market. After the construction is completed, it will take 5 minutes to get to the MRT through Taoyuan Street. Construction is already underway. The cinema and 3 department stores, if you are looking for traditional snacks, they are almost all around the temple, where you can have both culture and convenience. The community is near the park, and the air and humanities are very Taoyuan~~I am really satisfied~ Jishi is a great community~
