★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的很慢，來行人數不超過10人，行員比客人好像忙碌，一直讓客戶等待時間超過10分鐘以上還沒有叫號處理，真想知道他們是有在忙什麼嗎？還是業務真的有很繁忙無法叫號？！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上星期在七號櫃檯辦事情問了很多問題，好像是姓李的小姐嗎？人很有耐心一件一件幫我完成，真的很謝謝她！不過這中間她接了滿多電話感覺除了櫃檯還有在忙其他事。在其他銀行的小姐都很沒耐心，李小姐感覺都不慌不忙的，很棒！

前面等了9位開戶的，大概等了一個小時多。今天專員很有耐心跟效率的協助開戶，提醒app 操作的注意細節還有開通指引。
過程中覺得蠻高效的，卡片會之後寄到住處，沒辦法當場拿到。
整體都蠻好的。?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天辦理帳戶結清及撤銷業務，在旁協助的服務人員態度差，還說：「帳戶你可以擺著不用，為什麼要撤銷，我真的不懂，這樣子之後你重新申辦的話我們也不會給你辦喔，那些都是我們的工本費」等等的話語，
我知道解約帳戶後續可能會造成沒辦法再次申辦，服務人員講話酸言酸語一副高高在上的樣子，果真如同大家的一顆星：）
