真的很慢,來行人數不超過10人,行員比客人好像忙碌,一直讓客戶等待時間超過10分鐘以上還沒有叫號處理,真想知道他們是有在忙什麼嗎?還是業務真的有很繁忙無法叫號?!

上星期在七號櫃檯辦事情問了很多問題,好像是姓李的小姐嗎?人很有耐心一件一件幫我完成,真的很謝謝她!不過這中間她接了滿多電話感覺除了櫃檯還有在忙其他事。在其他銀行的小姐都很沒耐心,李小姐感覺都不慌不忙的,很棒!

守衛人很好,抽號碼的時候提醒可能要等很久。 前面等了9位開戶的,大概等了一個小時多。今天專員很有耐心跟效率的協助開戶,提醒app 操作的注意細節還有開通指引。 過程中覺得蠻高效的,卡片會之後寄到住處,沒辦法當場拿到。 整體都蠻好的。?

今天辦理帳戶結清及撤銷業務,在旁協助的服務人員態度差,還說:「帳戶你可以擺著不用,為什麼要撤銷,我真的不懂,這樣子之後你重新申辦的話我們也不會給你辦喔,那些都是我們的工本費」等等的話語, 我知道解約帳戶後續可能會造成沒辦法再次申辦,服務人員講話酸言酸語一副高高在上的樣子,果真如同大家的一顆星:)
