滷肉飯不知道是不是另外淋了豬油…不是香的,是臭臭腥腥的… 豬血湯雖然量多但也是腥味超重…吃1/3就放棄了

豬腳飯的筍子有點太鹹,豬腳滷的不夠久,只有肥肉肥油,沒有只剩膠質的感覺。 反而魷魚羹湯讓我很驚艷,味道顏色配料都跟一般的有所不同,湯裡有放蘿蔔、魷魚、香菜,蘿蔔有些老,會吃的有點粗粗的外皮,魷魚沒有生味,還算新鮮,處理的還不錯,可以嘗試看看。
