★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前曾去買他們的高跟鞋,好穿價格又實惠, 印象不錯, 故加入會員 , 沒想剛剛去買鞋油(只是為了保養及清潔剛買的小皮夾), 店員卻誤拿了黑色,我還再次跟他確認, 結果一上,皮夾就吸色了....實在無言....趁事情才剛發生,立馬拿了皮夾跟鞋油去處理.
還好該名店員願意負責, 退了皮夾的現金, 也幫我換了鞋油....雖然他出了差錯, 但願意負全責令我相當滿意.(當時店長不在, 希望店長也不要太為難)
日後很願意光顧, 只是該店的女鞋款式很過時, 這點希望能改進.
I used to buy their high heels before. They are easy to wear and affordable. I have a good impression. So I joined a member. I didn't want to buy shoe polish (just to maintain and clean the small wallet I just bought), but the clerk took the black by mistake. I confirmed with him again, as soon as it was put on, the wallet sucked color...It was really speechless...As soon as it happened, I immediately took the wallet and shoe polish to deal with it.
Fortunately, the clerk was willing to be responsible, returned the cash in the wallet, and also helped me change the shoe polish...Although he made a mistake, he was willing to take full responsibility and I was quite satisfied. (The manager was not there at the time, I hope the manager will not be too Embarrassed)
I am willing to patronize in the future, but the styles of women's shoes in the store are very outdated. I hope this can be improved.
