★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 進店告知想單純洗頭，店員告知在旁邊稍等一下就好，等了半小時，再次詢問店員是否還要等很久，並告知說等等有事情，如果沒辦法的話我們就改天再來，店員還是說馬上就好，再讓我們等了10分鐘，最後我們還是離開了。
要嘛就是直接跟我們說沒辦法在時間內洗頭，我們可以換另一家店，不用浪費這40分鐘在這上面，最後離開的時候，看著店員有說有笑的在櫃檯聊天，感覺真的差到不行，早知道就先看評論了

先前我因為白髮問題困擾許久，主要是本身頭皮過敏嚴重，無法再染髮，最後下定決心不再染髮，18號設計師很特別，非但沒有推薦我染髮，還幫我剪髮改變髮型，整個看起來非常清爽美麗，讓我縱使白髮叢生，也依然充滿信心。
因此今日帶先生第一次去店裡洗剪髮，設計師很棒依據先生的需求，幫他剪一個別緻的髮型。(一直以來的公務頭，有了不同感覺)。雖然我們到店已晚，耽誤到他下班時間，但仍很有耐心地幫我們吹整頭髮。服務態度非常好，重點是技術極佳，真的非常感謝您的用心，不推銷環境佳服務用心!! 一定要指定18號的啦!! 111.06.15

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天我女兒晚上預約，早上一早我就載我女兒10點要洗頭剪髮288元，設計師推銷我女兒頭皮 去角質護髮要588元，還要我女兒燙頭髮，女兒不好意思，才選擇用頭皮去角質，我女兒從10點等11點30分，坐哪裡完全還沒有幫我女兒剪頭髮，我去很生氣，設計師才馬上幫我女兒才開始剪髮，真的超慢，很誇張。未免也太久，頭皮去角質護髮需要哪那麼長時間嗎？最多1小時就能用好吧！我也用過。根本不需要1小時又30分才剪吧！態度很差，又把我女兒頭髮剪很呆瀏海，後面剪像狗啃。真難看。下次根本不會再去了。我女兒被妳剪超醜。@@今天我們還花錢，帶我女兒重新剪過。真的氣死了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始是被大透明的玻璃裝潢吸引，洗剪價格可以買卡很便宜，後來因為自己毛囊有紅癢發炎、出油嚴重、掉髮問題，體驗「頭皮去角質+spa」，三次下來有照「頭皮儀器」確實有改善！認真覺得有頭皮的問題可以嘗試。這家的價格比外面真的划算很多！
