★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理尚可，棟距太近沒有隱私，住戶狗吠聲日夜擾鄰，一層兩戶電梯前空間狹窄彎曲，很多住戶將大鞋櫃、雨衣安全帽放置在公共空間。
The management is still acceptable, the distance between the buildings is too close, there is no privacy, the snoring of the households is disturbing the neighbors day and night, and the space in front of the two-storey elevator is narrow and curved. Many residents put the large shoe cabinets and raincoat helmets in the public space.
