★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家燒肉飯經營了很多年囉！而且他們的醬汁比以往改良的更棒又更好吃了！這個造型特殊的烤爐是大有來頭，一般我們看到的燒肉烤爐都是木炭在下方，烤架在上方，老闆告訴我們，燒肉的醬汁滴在木炭上之後，所產生的物質又飛到肉片上面，這樣烤肉容易吃到有害物質，因此早老闆就發明用拱型的烤架，將木炭放在兩旁，並有專門來接收肉片滴下來的盤子，這麼一來肉汁不會滴在木炭上產生有害物質，原來如此，設想真週到。
我最愛他們的雞排飯了，外層酥脆、內裡軟嫩，雞排醃製恰到好處，外層淋上無與倫比的醬汁，根本是宇宙無敵的雞排，懇求店家繼續保持這麼棒的品質，也希望這家碳味屋燒肉飯永續經營喔。
