★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不懂貴處做仲介的價值在?問相關房屋細節，回答不出來，只會回你說這問題只有買新建案的人會問，但中古房價賣的比當初新建案還高，竟然你們要賺仲介費，好歹也積極協助詢問吧?而不是表現出現在是『賣方市場』，要買就買，不買不要問一堆543的態度吧?買主沒問清楚細節要怎麼有概念去出斡旋......又不是大家都投資客很阿莎力(反正又不是自己要住的)，那就祝福你們遇到的都是投資客的業績喔~
尤其是那位微胖的男業務員

要求新租客支付沒入住的錢還一副理所當然，
這樣的服務態度和過程不值得收取服務費吧！
希望主管重視人員的專業素養及教育訓練。
The communication process with the agent is not smooth and unpleasant,
It's a no-brainer to ask new tenants to pay back the money they didn't move in.
This kind of service attitude and process is not worth the service fee!
