電話都打不通已經不是第一次弄錯少給已經營業那麼久還出錯員工職訓有待加強以後不去了還是去隔壁的鮮天下

Leek dumplings x10 sparse vegetable dumplings x10 scalded vegetables. Golden pickles. Seaweed meatballs meal x2, but when I took it home, it turned into signature dumplings without scalding sparse vegetables.
It's not the first time that the phone can't get through. It's not the first time I've made mistakes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12:20入店12:25點完餐點等了5分鐘先上了一碗湯，告知店員表示剛才單子上有畫但沒有點到，於是店員再幫我們點餐。
12:40再次詢問店員請問鍋貼好了嗎？店員表示要好了，結果卻又等到12:50都還沒來？前面的外帶一直取餐又再繼續等⋯
請問現在是你們「漏點」不是我們「加點」
等了將近30-40分鐘？如果人員不夠是不是應該加派人力或是點餐時和客戶確認呢？
一整個中午只喝一碗湯，浪費了午休時間！
Entered the store at 12:20, ordered the meal at 12:25, and waited for 5 minutes before serving a bowl of soup, and told the clerk that there was a picture on the list but it was not ordered, so the clerk helped us order.
12:40 Ask the clerk again if the pot stickers are ready? The clerk said it was okay, but it didn't come until 12:50? The takeaway in front has been picking up meals and then continuing to wait...
Excuse me now, it's your "missing points" not our "adding points"
Waited almost 30-40 minutes? If there are not enough staff, should we send more staff or confirm with the customer when ordering?
Drinking only one bowl of soup for the whole noon is a waste of lunch break!

Very bad attitude...calling to order, accidentally telling the wrong change. The clerk directly scolded (damn) The attitude was very bad and hung up the phone. Please buy it first and be in the mood
