一開始有先打電話過去確認可以簽保單嗎!對方說可以,立馬就趕過去!一到現場,就跟接待人員訴說來的目的也告知來之前有先電話確認!結果接待人員服務態度很差,口氣很不友善!可能也是因為忙的關係,說話很不客氣!想說到底是怎樣?我的態度也沒不好呀!就算是忙,態度也不用這樣吧!然後我就站在旁邊沒人理會!正當我要離開時,換了其他的接待人員,服務態度好又客氣,我就不介意了。畢竟對我態度不好的,是一開始的接待人員! 但整體一開始的感覺真的有點不愉快!
