★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始有先打電話過去確認可以簽保單嗎！對方說可以，立馬就趕過去！一到現場，就跟接待人員訴說來的目的也告知來之前有先電話確認！結果接待人員服務態度很差，口氣很不友善！可能也是因為忙的關係，說話很不客氣！想說到底是怎樣？我的態度也沒不好呀！就算是忙，態度也不用這樣吧！然後我就站在旁邊沒人理會！正當我要離開時，換了其他的接待人員，服務態度好又客氣，我就不介意了。畢竟對我態度不好的，是一開始的接待人員！
但整體一開始的感覺真的有點不愉快！
