★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大樓設有管委會，門禁管理做的不錯，消防及電梯等公共設備均按法規定時申報與維護保養。1~3樓為商業使用，4~10樓為住宅使用，管理人員及所有權人彼此多以通訊群組聯絡事宜。
