大推河豚火鍋,入口即化的極品美味,朋友吃完都讚不絕口!菜色豐富,有平價美食,像是握壽司、炸天婦羅等,也有非常日本道地口味的精緻菜色~~而且服務態度更是一流,老闆娘超級親切,讓人有如賓至歸的感覺~

服務很親切,環境偏台式,但真心建議菜單改進...價位偏高(基本1500/人),吃完只有5分飽?,有詢問我們生魚片是否有吃❓但是吃到結束沒有生魚片與壽司上桌?,水果甜點是不錯(哈密瓜+冰淇淋?),但是扣除前菜毛豆與飯後點心二道,主菜有鮭魚卵手捲、波斯頓龍蝦半尾、涮和牛湯、天婦羅蕎麥麵,一家人吃快7000元,沒想到回家還再煮點東西來吃填飽肚子? 總評:無菜單料理,食材非常新鮮,屬於食材型的店家,不過1500元料理食材並吃不出師傅的手藝,自然便不會往上的價位嘗試,吃不飽也會有種失落感?,以上感想僅供參考,純粹個人感受。

店外兩側是停車場,用餐環境乾淨,採日式的居家風格,一進門老闆娘親切地招呼我們入座,非常可愛。 無菜單料理,當日我們點的是$1500的餐點,用料大方鮮美好吃,唯一小小不足,甜點部分很普通,不過飲料是現打的百分百柳橙汁,還是給五顆星。

距離上次來櫻之居已經有一段時間了~ 近日疫情解封,選擇此地作為外食的第一站 還好不失所望,老闆娘依舊親切,師傅依然廚藝高超! 今日選擇$1500的無菜單料理,最令我難忘的就是炸毒河豚? 河豚料理是非常需要技術的,通常需要考取證照才能處理河豚料理喔! 河豚小百科: 河豚不同部位的毒性不同,從卵巢(精巢)、肝臟、血液、眼睛、皮膚等含有毒性,一隻河豚的內臟佔整體重量的四分之一,廚師在切除這些劇毒的部分時需非常謹慎小心,首先去除魚鰭,再把頭部切掉,但是頭部不能切太多,切多了容易碰到裡面其他有毒的部位,所以這個深度一定要把握好,接著從魚鰭的開口將魚皮輕輕挑除,然後整片剝掉,接下來是最難的去除內臟,因為只要弄破了毒素就會滲出,稍一不慎讓毒素弄到手上的傷口恐怕就會一命嗚呼,清理乾淨的魚肉至少還要沖洗30分鐘,因為血也是劇毒。
