比較不是軟嫩的口感
-牛肉麵 牛筋麵
湯頭很剛好 不會過鹹
麵是有吸附湯汁的 很有咬勁 不會太硬或太爛??
牛肉給的量也算大方 都蠻嫩蠻好咬的
不會需要很用力撕開但也不是一抿就化開的肉質

小吃店裡面算有特色的一間！
那個涼拌川耳的味道實在超讚的，直接讓不喜歡吃木耳的我愛上，調味真的超棒，有甜有辣又爽口，超愛的～(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)
雪菜麵的話味道也不錯，可是不知道是不是味道太單調，感覺吃到後面有點膩，不過我好久沒吃到「意麵」了，好滿意哈哈
紅油抄手的話我感覺好像有點偏甜？不知道是不是錯覺，好像紅油的部分甜甜的，可能會希望加點醬油或胡椒味，不過份量有多，一樣給讚
蕃茄湯的部分真的就有木耳了?好險不多，我還是更喜歡薄薄的川耳口感?
不過湯的味道真的很好，覺得是間點什麼都不會踩雷的好店。???

There are really fungus in the tomato soup ? It’s not too risky, I still prefer the thin Sichuan ear taste ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5／30購買特意拿飲料比對給大家 魯肉飯50元 看也沒加什麼特別的料 都是肥肉 量也不多 碗跟別的店家比偏小碗 帶疑惑問我弟我這是大碗小碗 他也回小碗 異口同聲可以想象小碗更小 這店有點黑 口味吃起來超淡只有豬油 連調味一起省 吃完只覺得油味較重填不了肚子 外面南崁老圓環50～60便當3樣菜加主菜飯量也超大 桃園這附近較便宜65,75便當也是3菜一主菜 別家大碗魯肉飯是用湯麵碗裝 感覺超差 跟這一比 這是大碗 這是大碗嗎 看不出價錢貴在何處 料不實在 不會再回顧 5／31再回覆老闆 用心 妳這叫用心
就純一點滷肉還有白飯 小碗的份量賣大碗的價錢 用心在哪裡 是用黑心嗎
6／1 我不用在家裡煮 去別間40元滷肉飯都能買到相當好的份量跟菜色 謝謝
再有我不是第一個反應妳家滷肉飯的問題 已經好幾個了 請大家去爬文 還有老闆妳自己心裡有數 份量是不是太黑

番茄牛肉湯麵~普~主要是吃完會口乾~味精略多.
