基本條件:
1.此印刷店為公司常用之印刷店,品質及效率都很不錯
2.本人第一次印藍晒圖,可能沒有很明確告知店員需求為何
過程:
事發原因是在我將圖寄給廠商後,請同事送回來發現圖是散裝的(工地所需圖說是裝訂成冊)並附上收據於袋子外,想說是不是我自己當初講錯或沒講清楚,於是打電話給印刷店我是需要裝訂成冊,並且告知店員把印製及裝訂的收據打在同一張,再請同事拿回去印刷店,第二次拿回來時,發現所附的收據只有裝訂的金額沒有第一次的那張印製的金額收據,於是我打電話訊問店員,回應是夾在圖本裡頭,但是當下我真的找不到,再度詢問時,不知是何種原因還是我所描述內容讓他誤會,店員的回話就變得非常不好,但我還是請他是否能用裝訂金額的收據換印製+裝訂的收據,結果還是不行,店員所說內容大致是,收據是我用不見的,而且她怕我會跟我的公司重複請款,堅決不開給我
後來我的同事幫我重新檢查圖本裡面,發現真的夾在某一頁
雖然我也有錯,但是為何不剛開始就跟我講在圖本內頁中的哪一頁?就不會造成之後的誤會
(A0(84.1cm*118.9cm)的圖本4本共100多頁一張收據一張約9.6cm*15.2cm)
還有店員態度真的很不好,即便你們印圖品質及效率都很好,我對你們的印象真的大大減分(我沒有少給你們錢)
最後再給一句話,人活著是解決問題的,不是推卸責任的,希望你們遇到客戶的需求可以正面態度回應,不是拿了錢就不管之後的事

品質價格是公道的
但也沒有比同業優勢太多的地方
自己在詢問各方面也是都會尊重

今天到店裡消費時我第一句話就問店員「請問印兩張有低消嗎?」因為曾遇過有低消或者特殊需求的店家,才在一進門就先詢問,店員問我要印什麼我也說兩張課本複印,店員也直接跟我說可以,一張兩塊錢,就給她印了,但在印的過程中有位男士提醒店員說「這樣應該要10塊錢吧」變轉頭對著我說「小姐你有看到我們這張紙嗎?」當下我整個愣住面對貼的滿滿滿的牆壁不知道他講的是哪張紙,他才指給我看「10張以內都要算10元」的公告,最後也跟我收了10元。
首先,一開始我就詢問價錢了,您們應該一開始就講而非後來反悔要求顧客遵守規定,不然一開始我可以選擇附近的7-11一張黑白影印也只需3元。
再來,我不是不願意付10元,畢竟商家有他的人事成本,但您們的態度不應該是反問顧客有沒有在滿滿的牆壁上找到您說的規定,畢竟我一開始就有詢問,第一次來也不可能把整面牆都看過一遍,態度方面有待加強,有點覺得被推卸責任。
最後,影印品質也不到非常好,因為第一次印出來的東西我所需要的表格整個跑掉,有困難可以說或印好再給我,我可以還有機會詢問其他店家。
