辦會員卡要300元坦白說小貴 又不能折抵其他的商品 對於會員卡遺失的會員 部分店員秉持著 一定要會員卡 才能算會員價 我佩服不已 堅持自己的原則 讓遺失會員卡的會員 不再消費 因為老媽子實在很愛你們家的麵包 掛失也要再辦一張 我是覺得那堅持要有會員卡的店員 偶爾要有彈性 不是每個人都故意遺失的 有些時候因為被孩子拿去當玩具玩 等到真的要用才發現遺失了 多點彈性會讓會員感到安慰 卡片不能累點 只是單純的現金折扣 應要有變通的方式 期許堅持要卡片才能享折扣的店員 都有轉圜的餘地阿!!~

希望負責夾菜的店員上班可以專心一點。 1、跟店員說我們要 四道菜、六道菜、八道菜的便當各一個,結果她直接拿了三個小便當盒裝飯,明明八道菜的是要用大便當盒 2、跟夾菜的店員說有一個要加蒸蛋,她回覆我説要另外加價,我說好(我們還頗常買的)結果回家發現沒加蛋(如圖) 店員態度總是很友善、便當也總是很好吃,但是我真的不喜歡常常我才剛講完店員就忘記,這不是第一次了! -------------------- 2022.06.05 今天店員問我媽要幾個便當,我媽說兩個大便當一個小便當,店員就問要什麼飯,三個便當三碗湯、加蒸蛋要加價,我們幾乎每個禮拜都來買,所有規矩我們都知道,原本我還想說終於可以順利買好便當了(常常都會遇到服務上奇怪的地方),殊不知店員裝完兩個大便當後,跟我們說“你們只有買兩個便當 怎麼裝三碗湯” 請問是又失憶了嗎?? 這讓我們不舒服的感覺讓我想起前幾個禮拜,我們一樣買了幾個便當,但是附湯的油豆腐還沒有解凍完全,裝便當的店員就用塑膠袋幫我們另外裝,她說回到家之後應該就退冰了。後來去結帳,結帳的那個臉很臭的資深店員把裝著油豆腐的塑膠袋舉起來,對著我們說“這是裝在湯裡面的、以後不能這樣子” 不明究理的先指責客人,你們是有被迫害妄想症、覺得所有客人都是奧客嗎?原本覺得裝便當的小姐服務真好,最後氣氛被她同事毀了。 同一個臭臉店員,也是在結帳的時候,有一次我們家買了很多東西、也買了一個購物袋,根據多年的經驗,店員都會幫我們裝袋。那一天臭臉店員把塑膠袋拿出來放在我們購買的東西上,這家店的其他店員通常都是在節完帳拿出購物袋幫客人裝,所以她這個動作讓我們以為她要我們自己裝,但我們真的很不擅長這件事所以動作很慢。這個店員結完帳後,我們都還沒裝好,但她沒有想要幫忙、她直接幫下一個客人結帳,下一個客人也有買購物袋,我們就看到店員熟練地幫下一個客人裝袋。這種差別待遇真的很棒呢!
