★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來看房，規劃格局不錯，高樓層視野很好，臨藝文特區綠林道，下班跑步散步發呆都很好。大廳蓋的很奢華，用料還可以。停車場就很一般，沒有豪宅的感覺，和一般新成屋都差不多。
看房時售價還是太高，等泡沫退再考慮。
