★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居住環境單純，住民大多都很和善有水準，少見一樓是前後大陽台的社區，現在社區都幾乎一樓改為對外商用或公設，想住被社區管理的一樓樂趣的地方已不多。小缺點，總幹事週末的時候休假，很多事情只能平日處理，倒垃圾也是都16時至18時間要拿去社區門口集中，此兩點對家庭全員都是一般上班族來說非常不便利。

Now almost all the first floor of the community is converted to commercial or public buildings. There are not many places to live on the first floor managed by the community.
