★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前去寬福護理之家參觀，護理長親切專業，對於社會福利資源介紹清楚，有問必答，雖然後來因為距離關係沒有入住，但還是推薦有長照需求的朋友，可以去寬福參觀
I visited the Kuanfu Nursing Home before. The head nurse was kind and professional. He gave a clear introduction to the social welfare resources and answered all questions. Although I did not move in because of the distance, I still recommend friends who need long-term photos to visit Kuanfu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯小姐態度差，令人作噁。第一次去時從正門電動門進去，櫃檯小姐大聲喝斥我不要再進來，有事站在門口講，然後掩鼻退後，覺得我有什麼病菌一樣。我可是戴著口罩的，櫃檯小姐也太沒禮貌。樓上安養院男生那層的護理師，上班一直不停講電話，幾乎整個早上都在聊他哥哥離婚的事，非常非常久又大聲，對越南籍照服人員講話口氣很差，臉色非常難看，很看不起人的樣子。值得推崇的是越南照服人員都很客氣禮貌。居服這塊的督導和管理師也很棒。對於貴單位的【部份員工】素質低下，建議再加強員工教育。
The attitude of the lady at the counter is bad and it is disgusting. When I went for the first time, I went in through the electric door at the main entrance. The lady at the counter shouted at me not to come in again. She stood at the door and talked about something. Then she covered her nose and stepped back, thinking that I had some germs. I am wearing a mask, and the counter girl is too rude. The nurse on the male floor of the nursing home upstairs, who kept talking on the phone at work, talked about his brother’s divorce almost all morning, very, very loudly and spoke very badly to the Vietnamese nursing staff. It's very ugly and looks down on people. It is worth mentioning that the Vietnamese attendants are very polite and polite. The supervisors and managers in Jufu are also great. For the low quality of [some employees] in your organization, it is recommended to strengthen employee education.
