在帕羅上瑜珈跟肚皮舞課~~上了一期之後有順利瘦下兩公斤呢~ 老師都會依狀況幫大家調整 也會個別指導 上課氣氛也很融洽 最重要的是可以帶小朋友去 有一小塊區域能讓我兩歲的女兒待在那邊看卡通(笑) 很棒的地方 推薦給大家 特別是像我一樣有小小孩的媽媽們
