星期六中午11:40分打電話,想詢問看診事宜 竟然被掛電話,而且是兩次。 一次是剛響就被掛,以為是手誤 接著再打響了近10聲,直接被掛電。 如果規定是什麼時段後就不電話服務,可以在臉書和官網上註明。 不用這樣掛電,謝謝

現在疫情緊張,他們診所有些人居家隔離,人力不足,但櫃檯小姐跟醫師都很有耐心的回答大家問題,且還會一直跟看診者說抱歉久等了,光是這樣我等再久也值得!

醫師很客氣! 櫃台臉臭到不行! 週六1:50開始掛號,準時到診,詢問:請問可以開始掛號了嗎? 櫃台至知不理,無任何回應(臭臉),過2分鐘才將(未開始掛號)的牌子挪開,連基本尊重的回應都不願! 看診完等30分未拿到藥,詢問:請問大約再等何時?櫃台不耐煩臭臉“喊著”:還沒!就是還沒!不知道! 都等了30分,難道不能問一下(配藥就在同空間)? 請問貴診是虧欠櫃台員工廉價薪資?皇親國戚當櫃台 ? 櫃台素質連基本禮貌都沒有,貴診覺得病患受此對待也無所謂? 盼能改進! 基層員工貴在專業的服務,如果改善不了櫃台的水準,還不如採人工智慧系統掛號,免損貴診風評!
