何醫師很"嘮叨",雖然口氣沒有很溫柔,但可以感受到她對看診民眾的用心。她會講一大堆注意事項;連吃甚麼也告訴你該注意。民眾打完針在沙發休息,她會站在旁邊看我們有沒有哪裡不舒服,還特地設置一個小圍欄。一開始我只覺得放三角錐在那邊擋路幹嘛,但後來三角錐被別人移動位置,何醫師就問護士說:誰移動三角錐啊? 我設置這個就是不想打完針的人被打擾,誰還亂移動! 那時我才知道何醫師的用心。最後打完疫苗診所還有用一個透明袋裝小黃卡和止拿疼,從這些地方可以看得出診所的貼心,但是某些護士的態度真的可以再有耐心一點。

在晚間8點18分到門口表示要做PCR,穿著粉色福相的護理師在門口趕我走,說還有其他病人要看病,PCR先到過馬路對面去,8點30再來。因為兒子發燒剛吐完,外頭下著暴雨,因此拒絕了她的要求,我拉著兒子站在醫院門口的角落;沒多久才發現有排隊的隊伍,趕緊拉著兒子過去排隊(他明明就可以跟我說去那邊排隊)。那位在門口的護理師態度真的差勁透了!
好不容易拿到PCR單子後又到停車場旁再排一次隊,折騰許久才等到門打開做PCR。排隊第一名的阿北也等了歸把鬥會,直說那電視上醫護暴力應該是這樣來的吧⋯⋯真的那麼不甘願也就不要接這種業務吧⋯⋯;後頭的小姐也說她是同行,但是醫院態度真的不必這樣⋯⋯
會提早到就是因為孩子不舒服,想早點來排隊,早點領藥回家休息。(曾經在這醫院等看診超過2小時,完全怕了)
我很感謝醫院有這樣的服務,因為疫情嚴重,各地採檢站跟醫療量能都吃緊,能做PCR又領藥是當下最需要的幫助,因此也忍下來這口氣,沒有當場跟她吵。
誰會自討沒趣頂著暴雨,孩子又發燒嘔吐,來醫院被用這種態度驅趕?一間好好的醫院,一群用心的醫事人員,提供這樣大愛的服務,就被一個糟糕的護理師給打壞風評⋯⋯

醫生問診仔細,護士藥劑師服務親切,即便疫情期間拿著陽性快篩的病患好多,對待每個一位病人很是如此耐心!
