★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很不錯的社區，有無障礙坡道，前後大廳，電影室，還有游泳池，ktv等的公設，外觀也不錯，是一個不錯的社區。

小孩會在中庭大吵 打球
都沒有人會管
真的很想開窗大罵
晚上10點後不能吵不代表10點前可以一直吵
在中庭打球回音大到爆炸
也不怕打到人
上下樓地板隔音超級差
驚為天人

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隔音超差，小孩尖叫聲不分時段的出現，他們把中庭當遊樂場奔跑喧嘩，家長不管、社區管理員不管，超級吵喔，關窗戶仍然聽得一清二楚，"家"本該是讓人休息的住所，考試當前我卻必須逃到別的地方唸書。
跟那些小孩講他們也不聽，我開始後悔搬來這裡住了，除了裝潢華麗以外無其他優點了。
The soundproofing is super poor, and the screams of children appear at all times. They use the atrium as a playground to run and make noise. The parents and the community managers don’t care. It’s super noisy. You can still hear clearly when the windows are closed. A place for people to rest, but before the exam, I had to flee to study elsewhere.
I told those kids that they didn't listen. I started to regret that I moved here. There are no other advantages besides the gorgeous decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對住戶要求嚴厲。中庭花園不能吃吃喝喝(咖啡。點心都不行)。疫情期間公設不能開放就算了，連在戶外的中庭花園喝咖啡都要被公幹~只能帶朋友流浪到隔壁家樂福的住戶。
Strict demands on residents. There is no food or drink in the atrium garden (coffee. No snacks). During the epidemic period, the public facilities cannot be opened, and even drinking coffee in the outdoor atrium garden has to be done on business ~ I can only bring friends to wander to the residents of Carrefour next door.
