只是餐具清潔不用心，自助櫃枱的餐具（刀、叉）沒洗乾淨
讓我在喝咖啡的同時，一直在思考，我杯子是乾淨的嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾乎每個外場店員態度都很不好，很常直接告知客人要等30-40分鐘，但店裡客人看起來也沒多的這麼誇張，很常見客人聽到這樣就直接離開。或在10點出頭就直接告知店員沒有鐵板麵了，常讓我感覺身爲ㄧ個客人是不受歡迎的。以前以爲這家店是人手不足才會有這樣不歡迎客人的態度，但現在疫情沒什麼客人時，店員還是ㄧ樣，真的就沒辦法幫他們找理由了。寧可去遠ㄧ點的麥味登，也不會再去這間。
Almost every outfield clerk has a very bad attitude. They often tell customers to wait for 30-40 minutes, but the customers in the store don't seem to be so exaggerated. It is very common for customers to leave immediately after hearing this. Or telling the clerk directly at 10 o'clock that there is no hot plate noodles, often makes me feel that I am unwelcome as a customer. I used to think that this store was understaffed to have such an attitude of not welcoming customers, but now when there are no customers during the epidemic, the clerks are still the same, and there is really no way to help them find reasons. I'd rather go to McViden, which is farther away, than go to this one again.
