不知道怎麼說,每間店品質都大同小異,所以我評價只針對於服務人員,我印象中服務人員態度中規中矩也有親切的,但是之前我在九點多時,因為我剛下班所以才這麼晚來買,我當時問一樓店員有賣xx牌洗髮精嗎,她說不知道自己去樓上找,我一個傻眼但想說算了 ,我正要上去她就說現在只能刷卡,我就不爽離開了,分明是要趕我意思,我知道你們可能要打烊結完櫃,對於我這樣尷尬時間點進來很不耐煩,但是其實你態度可以親切點,口氣上就是趕客人,裡面商品品牌眾多但是都是可以指引我們大概位置,不想幫我找也可以客氣跟我說商品位置,不需要態度那麼明顯,其實我很想客訴的,但是同為服務業還是體諒了,希望那位服務人員可以改善,上班很辛苦偶爾露出不耐凡神情,遇到麻煩客人也會很疲倦,畢竟算一份服務客人工作,還是希望能感受都服務心,不要求說到很熱情很人情味,但是起碼人與人禮貌客氣還是要有!
