超級不推薦皇樓,尤其是桃園中山門市! 服務態度實在不推薦!!!! ‭以下內容都是我同步發給皇樓官網及粉絲團的留言,沒想到主管處理方式讓我無法接受。 *備註: 5/14在我主動追問小編後,才終於在下午由桃園中山門市張店長與我聯絡,但一打來也不管我是不是在上班,直接跟我澄清表示店員並沒有抱怨我這件事情。試問,一位主管階級的禮貌是這樣嗎?六點下班後也多次看到「隱藏號碼」的來電,請問若真的有誠意處理,為何要用自己的電話還要隱藏號碼呢?為什麼不使用公司電話與我聯絡?也因為擔心隱藏號碼是否為詐騙電話,所以我也不敢接起電話,以為門市營業到9點多,店長應該會閉店前再跟我聯絡,沒想到19:11最後一通隱藏號碼後再也沒打來了。 ⬇️⬇️⬇️以下是我當初的客訴反應信⬇️⬇️⬇️ 這是一封客訴信! 我的婚期是在今年11月,在去年6月時就跟媽媽一起到桃園中山皇樓門市參觀後下訂A款式,因當時距離婚期還很久,所以先暫時預估下訂100盒的數量。 今天5/13,剛好跟先生有經過桃園中山皇樓門市,想說去看看有沒有新的喜餅款式及優惠可以參考,因為近期統計喜餅盒數發現數量比原先抓的100盒還多一些,所以想調整一下預算部分。 其次,也想順便去領取當初接洽我的業務吳小姐替我保留的婚禮小物兩個(因我想提前拿到,所以有跟業務吳小姐說可以從喜餅點數內扣,業務也表示OK) 但我沒想到今天的臨時過去門市會是一場惡夢,甚至先生都覺得我找的這是什麼喜餅廠商! 客訴部分我統一整理在下方: 日期:2019/05/13 時間:大約下午5點左右 客訴人員:張玉婷 01:從我一進去時,就看到有三位門市人員,並沒有看到我的業務吳小姐(後來得知她請安胎假),進門後我也直接表態我是已經下訂的新人,我是想來看有無新款式及優惠,從諮詢到參考喜餅到離開,這三位門市人員都並無主動請我們坐下並招待茶水,為什麼我會清楚知道這些流程?!因為我不是第一次進來這家門市的啊! 02:諮詢過程除了我們都是站在桌子前參考新款式喜餅外,對於我的提問"A款式的餅乾跟我剛剛看的B新款餅乾是有什麼差異"時,門市人員張玉婷小姐也只簡單說還是有些許差異就結束話題,不是應該提供餅乾給我們試吃才對?怎麼跟我先前的服務流程都不太一樣? 03:當我詢問先前沒看過的新款式價格時,我不懂為何要將價目表放在他自己的胳肢窩來詢問我大約有幾盒數量,難道價格是不能公開讓我知道的嗎?更何況我是已經下訂的新人耶....最後我連新目錄跟新價目表都沒拿到。 04:這也是最後壓垮我內心不爽的一根稻草的原因,想說已經有拍新款式待回去跟長輩討論,要不今天就先拿之前還沒領取的兩個婚禮小物好了! 張:你要換款式就不能先領小物喔!除非你要先確定款式 我:但我業務吳小姐並沒有這樣跟我說 張:你有跟他說你可能會換款式嗎? 我:我不是很確定我有沒有跟他說,但我百分之百確定她沒有跟我說這條,他只跟我說隨時可以來領取2個婚禮小物! 張:因為公司在每款的價目及點數的計算方式不同(這個我就聽不懂?) 我:但我不管訂哪一款,我的點數都是夠扣那兩個婚禮小物,為什麼不能領? 張:公司規定就是不能喔! 因為張玉婷小姐從頭到尾的態度都讓我跟先生都非常不舒服,所以當我聽到他說公司規定不能時,我也就直接離開在店內,在店門口外面打電話給我的業務吳小姐了解一下。 後來業務吳小姐也直接幫我去電到店內說明跟反應我對張玉婷小姐的服務感到不開心,但因為我跟先生在外面討論真是對他們的處理態度很感冒,畢竟我無法得知我還有這半年期間會再遇到什麼樣的對待,所以我們決定退訂! 05:再次進店內時,我直接表示我要退訂,不知道是不是門市人員也不爽我,所以也沒過問我退訂原因就直接幫我辦理,此時張玉婷小姐問我有帶發票和簽單嗎?我說我只是經過來詢問新款是跟優惠,怎麼會帶!更何況是去年6月下訂,發票我怎麼會留著!張玉婷小姐就說公司規定需要這些東西,我回他但我業務說妳們都會留著正本,你們都能找出來的!他們才願意進行退費手續............ 06:再次進店內時,三位店員從愛理不理變成都起身服務??我不知道原來要退訂才會得到這些"請坐/準備茶水/送客到門口"的服務。說到送客到門口,我也不瞭解送客人走到門口的這段路程時,店員中途就停下腳步讓客人自己按自動門離開是什麼意思? 07:從頭到尾都沒有取得張玉婷小姐對自己的服務態度感到抱歉的舉動,我不理解這樣的人為何可以在婚禮產業生存?更何況他自己還是個孕婦,這樣的態度我真無法認同............... 08:辦理退訂的過程,我知道我也聽到張玉婷小姐有用店內電話打給店長,我也知道你略有抱怨的說吳小姐的客人要退訂,但怎麼不說退訂原因是你呢?!即便要抱怨也不是在客人面前小聲的抱怨吧? 我自己本身就是婚禮產業的人員,雖然我不是在喜餅業打滾,但店家這樣的態度我絕對會幫忙宣傳分享。婚禮,是新人一輩子一次的事情,在籌備過程已經很辛苦,為何新人還需要被這樣對待? 難道,吳小姐的客人就不是客人嗎? 難道,吳小姐快離職就可以欺負他的客人嗎? 請麻煩主管與我聯繫! 我絕對要取得張玉婷小姐對我的道歉! 我不接受書面/文字道歉!!!! 還有,我知道我申請退訂後門市會填寫退訂原因,請不要再官方的將原因推給即將要離職的人身上,因為從頭到尾服務疏失有問題的是張玉婷小姐不是吳小姐!

聽說皇樓中式喜餅不錯,想詢問喜餅,竟還要被打量,這種態度不會再去了。 之後去大黑松小倆口,知道婚期還ㄧ年以後,也立馬詢問我的需求,走前還提供試吃帶回去給家人,真的立馬納入選項。 追評論,後來因爲朋友說皇樓中式喜餅很好吃,所以和隊友一起去,一開始就表明我的需求要中式和西式合併,最後還是我們直接跟她說要試吃餅才能帶回家。因爲留了資料,這3個月到現在她們打了3通電話,我跟她們說我們需求中式餅妳們當初沒想給試吃,她竟說妳們沒說吧!(再也不會去的店 ) 因爲再忙沒接她們電話還一直打,真的缺業績也不需要這樣吧
